2022 in Yellowstone

It's been 8 years since I was in YNP and I haven't blogged since 2016.  Much has happened in those 6 years.  The love of my life passed away in 2019 and my life has had many complications.  But this year I opened the door of opportunity for my family of 8+1 to come.  We are staying in a cabin in Island Park Idaho.  Four bedrooms and 3 baths are vety comfortable for us all.  We have been in and out of the park since June 8.  Tomorrow will be the last day for some of us.  Noah, Kaitlyn, Caleb and EJ will leave on Tuesday will head back to Nashville.  It has been good to have us all together.   We saw Old Faithful, Artist Point, Mammoth and the Lamar Valley.  Going back to Tower Fall was special.   We honored Bud with a small family Memorial Service.  The store manager was very kind to escort us in to the dormitory area where all my kids could see where Bud and I worked.  We met the volunteer camp manager and he allowed us to visit the Amphitheater area where we had our service.  It was a very nice day and event.  It rained all day yesterday so we stayed near the cabin. Today we will head toward the Lake area and maybe have a picnic andxdomexwill hike.  Tomorrow will be cold and maybe snow so I don't know what we might do.
